TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The purchase of any travel services offered by Lagum Adventure Tour constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and the company, representing your acceptance of the Company’s Terms & Conditions. Ensure you read and understand these Terms & Conditions before making a payment. The latest version is available at www.elnidoadventure.com/terms-and-conditions.
TOUR PACKAGE RESERVATION
- Our tour packages are available daily for private tours, except on specified dates.
- Reservations can be made online using the reservation form, through our Facebook page, Viber, WhatsApp, website chatbox, or by phone call.
- All rates include value-added tax and surcharges and are subject to discounts where applicable.
- Advance Booking, at least two days before your travel date, is required and subject to availability.
- A down payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking. Payments received after office hours are considered for the next day.
- Confirmation emails are sent to the provided address upon booking confirmation.
- Senior Citizen and PWD discounts apply to entrance fees only and do not apply to car rental rates.
Price Policy
Package rates, per person, are based on the rates known at the time of publication, inclusive of all taxes and surcharges, and subject to change without prior notice.
PAYMENT
- A refundable and transferable 50% down payment of the total package price is required. Accepted payment methods include money transfers, bank transfers, and online payments (credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal) with a 5% service charge.
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of down payment and issuance of a confirmation email.
- Reservations are automatically canceled if payment is not received within the specified period, with cancellation charges applied where necessary.
- For online payments, an invoice will be sent via email. A 5% service charge is added for online transactions.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- Cancellations received at least 7 days before the travel date will receive a 50% refund of the down payment. Cancellations 8 days or more before the date will receive an 80% refund. No refunds for cancellations received less than 7 days before the travel date.
- We reserve the right to cancel tours due to natural phenomena or government orders. In such cases, guests are entitled to a refund (minus service charges) or rescheduling.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations during the tour, missed portions due to flight issues, or immigration denials.
- Refunds typically take 15-30 business days, subject to Finance Head approval.
Photography AND MARKETING
By participating in a Lagum Adventure Tour, you grant us permission to use photographs or videos taken during the tour in which you may be included. These images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes in various media formats, including but not limited to brochures, websites, social media, and advertisements. If you do not wish for your images to be used, please inform us in writing prior to the commencement of the tour.
SPECIAL EXPEDITIONS
Schedules for Palawan Expedition, Balabac Expedition, and Linapacan Tour are subject to change. Full refunds are provided for cancellations due to minimum group size not being met or changes in weather conditions.
Lagum Adventure Package Tours
Specific terms apply to our Party Trip Package, Family Trip Package, and Adventure Trip Package, including booking and confirmation procedures, cancellation and refund policies, itinerary changes, and accommodation adjustments.
Personal Property Responsibility
- Care of Personal Belongings: Travelers are solely responsible for safeguarding their personal property, including but not limited to important documents (like passports), electronic devices (such as drones, cameras, and mobile phones), and other valuable items, during the course of their tour with Lagum Adventure Tour.
- Liability for Damage or Loss: Lagum Adventure Tour does not assume responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal property belonging to travelers. It is the traveler’s duty to ensure the safety and security of their belongings.
- Advice for Protecting Valuables: We recommend that travelers take all necessary precautions to protect their valuables. This may include using hotel safes, keeping important items on your person, and being vigilant in public places.
- Insurance for Personal Items: Travelers are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance that covers personal items. Such insurance can provide additional protection and peace of mind for belongings throughout the trip.
- Reporting Loss or Theft: In the event of loss or theft of personal property, travelers should promptly inform local authorities and the tour guide or company representative. However, the responsibility for such incidents lies with the traveler, and Lagum Adventure Tour cannot be held accountable for any such occurrences.
